Eden + Me

Eden + Me is a food blog where plants shine. As we eat, we steward both our bodies (nutrition) and the planet (environmental sustainability).

Recipes to delight both palate and planet. Explore recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, bakes, beverages, and more.

Eating for Eden

A podcast that takes a food-first approach to climate action.

When it comes to doing something about climate change, your food choices matter. We’ve been given a beautiful garden to steward. It may seem like a small thing, but the food we eat plays a massive role in either contributing to or lessening carbon emissions.

I’m here to help you decide with intention what you’re putting on your plate and into your mouth (and thoroughly enjoy your food along the way).

Books in the works . . .

While I wait to hear back about publication of my doctoral dissertation, I am also mulling over the possibility of a lay-level take on that work. Stay tuned.
